Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

• Items purchased on sale or special offers may not be eligible for return (if applicable).

Important – Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth and fair process,

• Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

• The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the package condition.

• Unboxing video proof is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.

• Returns or refunds will not be accepted without proper unboxing video proof.

This helps us verify claims and protect both our customers and our brand.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available in case of:

• Size issues

• Damaged or defective product

• Wrong item received

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
