At Chimya, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help resolve the issue quickly.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:
• Damaged product received
• Defective product received
• Wrong product delivered
Return Conditions
• A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Size issues
• Color preference issues
• Change of mind
• Items purchased during sale or discount
• Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
Return Request Process
To request a return, please email us at support@chimya.in with the following details:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• A short description of the issue
Our support team will review the request and guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be covered by Chimya
• In all other situations, shipping charges are non-refundable
